Welcome to SkinBeau Perfection Sdn. Bhd. (“SkinBeau”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.skinbeaumalaysia.com), our WhatsApp booking channels, and the purchase or receipt of any clinical aesthetic services or products at our physical clinic premises located at 10 & 10A, Jalan USJ 4/1, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
By booking an appointment, entering our clinic, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking or treatment.
To maintain a fair scheduling system for our medical practitioners and clinical staff, the following rules apply:
• Booking Commitments: All appointments made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp (+60103791320) are subject to availability and clinical scheduling confirmation.
• Late Arrivals: We request that you arrive ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment duration or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying subsequent patients. The full treatment fee may still apply.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: You must give us at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, or a "no-show", may result in the forfeiture of any booking deposits or a cancellation fee being applied to your account.
• Mandatory Consultations: All first-time treatments require a professional skin analysis and consultation with our qualified medical practitioners or trained clinical staff.
• Right of Refusal: SkinBeau reserves the absolute right to refuse treatment to any individual if our practitioners deem the procedure medically unsafe, unsuitable for your skin type/condition, or if your expectations cannot realistically be met.
• Accurate Disclosure: You are legally required to provide entirely accurate, complete, and updated medical histories, allergies, and lifestyle declarations. SkinBeau will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from a failure to disclose relevant medical information.
• Currency & Taxation: All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to applicable government taxes, including any regulatory service taxes or LHDN e-invoicing compliance requirements.
• Price Adjustments: Prices listed on our website or promotional materials are indicative. The final cost will be confirmed post-consultation based on your customized treatment plan.
• Strict No-Refund Policy:
Crucial Policy Notice: Due to the clinical nature of aesthetic treatments, the cost of products used, and the allocation of medical staff time, all treatments, packages, and skincare product purchases are strictly non-refundable once purchased or rendered.
• Package Expiry: All prepaid multi-session treatment packages must be utilized within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions past the expiry date will be automatically forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Nature of Aesthetic Medicine: You acknowledge that aesthetic treatments (including but not limited to lasers, facials, skin boosters, and energy-based therapies) are not an exact science. Clinical results vary significantly from person to person based on genetics, lifestyle, post-treatment care, and individual healing responses.
• No Guarantees: While SkinBeau utilizes industry-approved equipment and clinical protocols to achieve the best possible results, we offer no guarantees or warranties regarding specific treatment outcomes.
• Before-and-After Photos: You agree to let our staff take clinical photographs for your internal medical file to monitor your treatment progress accurately. (Marketing and social media usage requires a completely separate consent form).
• Zero Tolerance Policy: SkinBeau is committed to maintaining a safe, peaceful, and professional environment. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any aggressive, abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior towards our doctors, clinical staff, or other patients. We reserve the right to immediately terminate treatments and ban individuals who violate this policy.
• Children and Guests: For safety reasons and due to the presence of clinical laser equipment, children and un-booked guests are not permitted inside the treatment rooms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, SkinBeau Perfection Sdn. Bhd., its directors, doctors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or personal dissatisfaction with aesthetic results, arising out of or in connection with our services, unless caused by gross professional negligence proven in a court of law.
All content on www.skinbeaumalaysia.com and our official social media channels—including logos, text, graphics, graphics layouts, and photographic clinic imagery—is the exclusive property of SkinBeau Perfection Sdn. Bhd. and is protected by Malaysian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or usage is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
